Maureen Brine is a Workshop Presenter, Registered Nurse and Addictions Specialist. She counsels Couples who want to heal their relationships. Maureen also works with Individuals and Families to have more successful lives and relationships with each other. Having completed the majority of her training with Dr. Harville Hendrix, (author of "Getting the Love You Want"), she has been a Faculty Member since 1997, of the Institute for Relationship Therapy; she is a past Chair of Imago Relationships International. Since 1985, she is the Director of a successful private practice in Toronto. She has been fortunate to be able to teach Imago around the world. Maureen is also very passionate about her counselling in addictions recovery and counsels Recovering Couples and Families. She is an experienced Interventionist and has been one of the primary Interventionists on the National Canadian T.V show - Intervention Canada. Maureen has wonderful teaching abilities, combining her profound knowledge and skill with intuitiveness and sensitivity. She is passionate about her vocation with Couples. She presents the Getting the Love You Want Couples Workshop and the Keeping the Love You Find Workshop for Individuals in Toronto. She trains Therapists to become Imago Therapists. Maureen believes deeply in the mission of Imago - To create a new way to love and to transform the world one relationship at a time.” Her passion for Imago is evident in all her work and in her personal life. In addition to her successful career Maureen has a conscious loving relationship of many years in which she continues to grow and learn. Her energy, drive and aliveness are fuelled by the love she has in her own life.
